I am Dr Kamaria Fleary, a HCPC Registered and Chartered Educational Psychologist.
My work at Educational Frontiers® centres on supporting aspiring and practising early-career and experienced Psychology professionals. We offer thoughtful connection, shared wisdom, and a sense of enduring community. Our founders and social wellness memberships are for those who want to foster creativity and pursue career pathways of passion that prioritise their wellness.
Psychology is a profession traditionally characterised by independent practice. However, many independent and aspiring psychologists find themselves:

After experiencing personal loss and feelings of fatigue, I resigned from conventional employment. I ventured down uncharted paths into private practice and pursued international opportunities. While documenting this journey, colleagues connected with me, sharing similar sentiments and desires.
Many of us are dedicated to our roles, which require us to bring emotional presence, compassion, and care to our clients. Psychology professionals often experience emotional fatigue and burnout while working independently and navigating complex systems.
Many of us can feel disconnected from opportunities for collegial exchange and shared problem-solving. We can also feel unsure of how to navigate a broad range of career interests in ways that prioritise our own wellness and creative passions.
