Collegial Insights
Peer Supervision Sessions
:

24th July 2026 &

29th July 2026

You’re invited to Collegial Insights. Join us for a moderated space to discuss casework, receive thoughtful peer insight, reduce the sense of working alone and strengthen your professional judgement.

What to expect:

This space is for psychologists who value:

  • Thoughtful dialogue over quick answers

  • Ethical reflection rather than prescriptive advice

  • Peer wisdom alongside experienced facilitation

Members are invited into a confidential, moderated environment where colleagues can draw on collective experience—particularly when navigating complex or “grey-area” work.

All conversations are clearly held within the scope of peer reflection. This is a professionally bound space for reflective thinking and shared learning.

Session themes may include:

  • Reflective case discussion exploring complex, ambiguous, or ethically nuanced work with trusted colleagues.

  • Professional confidence and decision-making, strengthening judgement, boundaries, and clarity in advanced practice.

  • Career consolidation and direction, navigating plateaus, pivots, or quiet transitions with integrity.

  • Sustainable practice and identity, considering how you wish to practise over the long term—and what you want your work to stand for.

The two-hour session will be moderated using a reflecting teams format. Sessions are intentionally paced and facilitated to allow depth, reflection, and meaningful contribution from all members.

We ask all professionals to maintain the confidentiality of service users/clients and adhere to HCPC and BPS professional ethics and guidelines. We will NOT be recording the session for confidentiality purposes.
