Hi there,
I'm
Dr Fleary
HCPC Registered and Chartered Educational Psychologist

A note from the founder...
I’m Dr. Kamaria Fleary, HCPC Registered and Chartered Educational & Child Psychologist, and the founder of
Educational Frontiers®—a psychologist-led founders and social wellness community.
I support psychology professionals to balance work+wellness whilst building balanced and creatively fulfilling careers.
I work with aspiring and practising psychologists, early-career practitioners, and experienced professionals to build their practice around their passions, implement systems for productivity and peace, and explore and confidently pursue a portfolio career encompassing their multiple passions.
“Frontiers” represents my core values: the belief that our careers can expand beyond traditional pathways and that exploration and well-being can co-exist within a framework of purpose-driven professional development.
With over 15 years of experience working across schools, the NHS, specialist clinics, Local Authorities, and international contexts, I chose to step away from a conventional role to pursue areas of psychology that offered greater alignment between my work and wellbeing.
This pursuit led me to opportunities to open my own private practice, international work, and support many others seeking similar paths. Navigating uncharted professional territory has not been without its challenges—imposter syndrome included—but these experiences have afforded me profound fulfilment and the opportunity to inspire colleagues and peers to explore the frontiers of their own professional lives.
Our
Values
Our approach at Educational Frontiers® centres on person-centred practice, creativity, wellness, and systems thinking.
We guide psychology professionals in shaping careers that feel aligned, balanced, and expansive.
My passion for travel has also afforded me opportunities to share best practices internationally in Ghana, Barbados, and the United Arab Emirates.
My own journey—balancing travel, creativity, personal values and well-being—has shaped the ethos of Educational Frontiers®:
New pathways emerge when we pair our passions, well-being, and professional creativity.
