Supervision for
Educational Psychologists
As a BPS Registered Applied Psychology Practice Supervisor, I offer a reflective, supportive space to think clearly about your work and how you want to practise.
I offer supervision for Educational Psychologists working across a variety of contexts, including as a locum and in private practice. To get a sense of my style of supervision, read testimonials from others I have supported in their careers here.
This is a space to step back from the day-to-day, make sense of complexity, and stay grounded in your values as a practitioner.
Supervision isn’t just about meeting professional expectations; it’s about having somewhere to think properly about the work you’re holding and the pressures that come with it. It is also a space to explore your progress and set goals for your professional development.
Sessions are led by you and shaped around what you need most. This might include:
Casework and decision making
Exploring your professional identity and values
Thinking through risk and escalation
Wellbeing and sustainability
The Mulberry Lineage:
Career Mentoring
Psychology is a profession built on learning and sharing, yet it isn’t always easy to access the right guidance or networks. Many students, graduates and early-career psychologists aren’t sure where to turn for advice, while more experienced practitioners may want to explore new directions but feel uncertain about their options.
At Educational Frontiers®, I provide mentoring and community spaces that help psychology professionals (and aspiring psychologists) at every stage of their careers grow with confidence
I help you:

...with honest, accessible advice from someone who has navigated the same choices.
Understand the profession, skills required and the different career paths.
Explore options beyond traditional roles
(e.g. venturing into private practice, offering specialist training or international work).
Make career pivots or transitions towards creative, new-edge pathways.
